Thoughts and Prayers to the
Seifert Family.
The racing community lost a
great competitor this weekend with the passing of
Phillip Seifert. Seifert was a friend to all who met
him, and always had a smile and handshake to those
who he saw. He will truly be missed by the racing
family. On behalf of Speedway Photo, we wish to send
thoughts and prayers to his wife and family in this
time of loss. In lieu of flowers, donations can be

Billy Yarborough- "Back Roads"
CD
If any of you have seen
the Lucas Oil Late Models on SpeedTV, this year then
you have heard the song, "Game On". If not, you are
missing out. Billy's new cd is out now, and we will
have a few of them on hand Saturday night at I-77. I
highly recommend you pick up a copy! Not only is the
dirt racing inspired song "Game On" included, but
there are songs in there like "Last of the Hard
Chargers", a great song about the legendary Dale
Earnhardt, and "Darlington" a great song bout the
treacherous Lady In Black that has |
made as well as broken a few
NASCAR careers in her day. There are even songs on
here about the legends of the sport such as Jr
Johnson and his mule Kate , all the way up to songs
about the youth of our sport, entitled "Hats off to
the Young Guns". It's a great album. More info

Thoughts and
prayers to Natalie Griffin.....
On May 20th, Natalie was
helping her mom cut grass, when she had a terrible
accident. As a result she has undergone many
surgeries, and spent time away from home as the
doctors tried in vain to save her foot.
Unfortunately, they couldn't. She has had to have
her foot removed below the knee cap, but she is
still in good spirit. We know that she will shine
through this and get better real soon. Please keep
her and her family in your prayers. |
